# Winback

> Winback is a subscription win-back tool for mobile and web apps that bill through RevenueCat or Stripe. For every cancellation, expired trial and failed payment it writes a personal message based on what the person did in the app, attaches an offer only within limits the founder sets, sends it by email, push or in-app, and tracks who comes back.

Winback is built by AGUNA Wellness Ltd (RC 9590421, Abuja), first for its own subscription app, AGUNA.

## Who it is for
- iOS and Android apps using RevenueCat
- Web apps using Stripe Billing
- Founders who want to recover churned and lapsed subscribers without hand-writing campaigns

## How it works
1. Connect the RevenueCat or Stripe webhook and choose which in-app events Winback may read.
2. Set offer limits once (for example at most one free month, or 50% off the first renewal) and approve message templates.
3. Winback sends one personal message per lapse and reports recovered subscribers and revenue weekly.

## Guardrails
- Offers never exceed the founder's limits
- Uses Apple and Google win-back and promotional offers for in-app subscriptions, Stripe coupons for web
- Messages only people who agreed to hear from the app

## Pricing
- Early access: no monthly fee; 15% of revenue from each recovered subscriber for 6 months
